Plain summary: PermitLedger CT prepares a draft of your Connecticut DEEP annual pesticide use summary from the records you provide. We are not a law firm, not a filing service, and not affiliated with DEEP. You review the draft, confirm every value, sign it, and file it yourself through your own eLicense account. You are responsible for what you submit.

1. What PermitLedger CT does — and does not do

• We organize the records you send and produce a draft use-summary form plus a plain-English list of anything that needs your confirmation.
• We do not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
• We do not file anything with DEEP and never access your eLicense account.
• We do not determine or certify that you are "compliant," and we do not guarantee that any agency will accept a filing.
• EPA registration numbers we look up from the public EPA registry are suggestions for you to confirm against the product label — not verified facts.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the records you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to submit them.
• You review every entry in the draft, confirm any suggested or missing values against your original records and product labels, and correct anything that is wrong.
• You sign the certification (Part IV) and upload the report through your own eLicense account by the applicable deadline.

3. No warranty

The service and all drafts and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a draft is error-free, complete, or that any submission will be accepted by DEEP or any other authority.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PermitLedger CT and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, penalties, fines, missed deadlines, or rejected filings, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

5. Not legal or professional advice

Nothing on this site or in any draft or communication is legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and no attorney–client or other professional relationship is created. Statutes, forms, and deadlines change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with DEEP.

6. Your records & privacy

Records you send are used only to prepare your draft. They are processed on our own hardware, are never sold or shared, are not used to train any model, and are deleted on request or after our stated retention period. See our privacy note on the home page for details.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
